Led by Saumya Comer, L.M.T. — Senior Universal Healing Tao instructor and senior Chi Nei Tsang teacher with over 40 years of experience in body-centered healing arts. Saumya’s background bridges both Eastern and Western traditions, beginning with somatic therapies such as Aston Kinetics, Eutony, and Sensory Awareness, and evolving into osteopathic approaches including craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and lymphatic work. She assisted Master Mantak Chia in intensive trainings from 2001–2006 and has studied medical qigong with Sifu Jerry Johnson. For over two decades, she taught internationally in France as well as at institutions such as the National University of Natural Medicine and East West College of the Healing Arts. She is widely respected for her ability to translate subtle, refined teachings into clear, embodied understanding grounded in the body’s innate intelligence.
Co-taught by Debra Nash-Galpern, M.S., L.Ac. — Acupuncturist, herbalist, and Universal Healing Tao instructor. Debra has practiced Chinese medicine as an acupuncturist and herbalist for over 27 years, integrating a deeply intuitive and clinically grounded approach to healing. Trained through the Universal Healing Tao system under Master Mantak Chia, she is a certified instructor of Qigong, guiding students in practices that cultivate internal awareness, balance, and vitality. Her background also includes 500 hours of yoga teacher training in Alignment Yoga, enriching her understanding of structure, movement, and embodied presence. Over decades of clinical work, Debra has supported patients not only through acupuncture and herbal medicine, but through a holistic, mind-body approach that emphasizes emotional insight and energetic balance. She is widely appreciated for her warmth, clarity, and ability to translate complex healing principles into accessible, meaningful experiences.
